If you are using a modern browser, you can enable javascript. Some common instructions are:

In Internet Explorer, JavaScript enable/ disable settings can be accessed from the Tools menu.

Select Tools > Internet Options. The Internet Options panel will appear.
Select the Security tab.
Select Custom Level. The Security Settings panel will appear.
Scroll the directory and open the contents of the Scripting folder.
Under the Active scripting header, select Enable.
Press OK to close the Security Settings panel.
Press OK to close the Internet Options panel.

In Netscape, JavaScript enable/ disable settings can be accessed from the Edit menu.

Select Edit > Preferences. The Preferences panel will appear.
Select Advanced from the Category tree on the left. The Advanced sub-panel will appear.
Select the Enable JavaScript check box.
Press OK to close the Preferences panel.

If you can, upgrade your browser to a modern javascript-enabled browser. Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape Navigator, and Opera are some examples of such browsers.
